Mox Appoints Haymans Fung as Chief Customer Officer
Mox Bank Limited (“Mox”) today announces the appointment of Haymans Fung as our new Chief Customer Officer, with effect from 4 August 2021.
As Chief Customer Officer, Haymans is responsible for building and enhancing the customer experience for Mox, and her role covers brand proposition development, customer experience design, marketing and analytics.
Haymans has more than 19 years of experience in building close connections between brands and customers. She believes in combining data with insights, using technology and creativity to create compelling customer propositions and brands. Prior to joining Mox, Haymans spent nine years at Sun Life and AIA, focusing on making insurance services relevant and meaningful to the community, and was instrumental in driving the launch of one of Asia’s biggest wellness programs. The first decade of her career was in advertising, working for global agencies such as Leo Burnett and Publicis, where she devised many award-winning marketing campaigns for global brands.
